"Kindly Mourne" has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and an Environmentally Sensitive Area and at Manx View you can savour the atmosphere of this beautiful area. In few regions of this size can be found such great diversity and contrast. The shoreline and the patchwork of green fields criss-crossed by dry stone walls which form the coastal plain are in contrast to the rugged grandeur of the Mountains of Mourne. Six of the granite mountain peaks are over 700 metres and the range of mountains are extremely popular with walkers and hikers from around the world.
